Assists Activities Director and students with timeline and floor plan. 


Staffing & Security
Our staff is available when the doors open to provide the professional
experience and safety you deserve. 

Tables & Linens 
We provide 10 cocktail tables with choice of black or ivory linen. 

Also includes:
*One hour meeting to go over final details prior to event
*Doors open two hours before event start time for vendor setup
*Uplighting, TV screens, Dance floor & Sonos sound system
*Spa water provided for guests. 
All other Food and beverages are additional.
*One hour to cleanup personal items after event end time

Deposit
Non Refundable deposit due at time of signing contract
will be applied to contract balance.

20% of contract total
