Bridal Suite, Vault & Charleston Room
Our Bridal suite includes a balcony that overlooks the downtown Modesto area with floor to ceiling windows. If you have a large bridal party, the Charleston Room will give you the additional space for a dressing room. The original bank vault has been renovated into a relaxing area with a kings table for the groom and his wedding party.
Staffing, Bartending & Security
Our staff is available when the doors open to provide the professional
experience and safety you deserve.
Tables, Chairs, Linens & Settings
Guest tables are 60" rounds and seated with gold chiavari chairs.
your choice of color for table linens and napkins. Our Classic collection of flatware, water goblet, dinner and dessert plate.
upgrades available for additional fee.
Also includes:
*One hour meeting to go over final details prior to event
*Doors open three hours before event start time for vendor setup
and use of VIP rooms
*Uplighting, TV screens, Dance floor & Sonos sound system
*Spa water and coffee station provided for guests.
All other Food and beverages are additional.
*One hour of rehearsal time (day and time TBD within 14 days of event)
*One hour to cleanup personal items after event end time

Deposit
Non Refundable deposit due at time of signing contract
will be applied to contract balance.
Service Fee
20% of contract total
